Proposal Below, but here’s what I’m thinking:

(650 on days where I’m just doing photos, 600 for days where I have help!)

$400 per day Additional photographers (Specifically Friday and Saturday)

$650 x 4 Days - $2600 - Andrew

$400 x 4 or 5 photographers - $1600

$300 x 4 days of editor, consistantly editing and uploading footage - $1200

Total - $5000 - 5400

We can always go cheaper and just hire me, but if its in the budget, I believe this could go a long way for RE marketing and content goals.

Organized photo delivery for guests + backend for Rollettes Staff

BTS + Rollettes Experience

Wednesday, July 9th, 2025 - BTS

1-2 Photography +1 Editor staff for BTS. the last few years I’ve done BTS myself, but has been a lot to capture it all without breaks for multiple hous. I think having 1-2 Photography staff would be ideal for this. Having an editor in the back working on editing + uploading in real time will be nice to get Connor and other soical media staff photos quickly.

Video - I believe we have at least 2 videographers on this day, just for swapping people in and out.

Thursday July 10th - RE Day 1

1-2 Photographers (Andrew + additional photo + Editor)

Photo staffing should depend on what the day 1 schedule looks like. If we’re just running one room at a time and check in, we might be ok with just Andrew shooting with an editor running edits and uploading in the back for Connor to post as quickly as possible. If we are running multiple rooms we might need a second photographer, but depending on cost it might be more worth our time to hire 3 photographers on Fri + Sat rather than a second one on Thurday.

Friday + Saturday July 10-11 - RE Day 2 +3

3 Photographers + Editor. If it’s within the media budget, I think having 3 photographers on these large days is probably the best for full coverage. Having an editor on these days is espcially important to keep things organized keep photos flowing to Conner + Staff!

Sunday July 12th RE Day 4

Pool party/ half day. 1 Photographer necessary, most likely nobody else. I don’t have a rate for this day yet, not sure what the Photo content needs are.
